There are two types of prices available :

1. One is for single user wherein the Buyer can avail facility of free technical support for the software in our office.
2. The other one is for corporate users wherein technical support will be offered at the client's office which will be charged extra.

Software comes with a set of Reference Manual in which one program run for sample example is given in detail. Since the software is user friendly, user can independently run the software by reading the manual.

However clients have online support available in case of problem which are solved via e-mail.

These software are being continuously upgraded. The latest current version data is available at our site. Upgrades of software will be supplied free of cost for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The hardware lock and CD supplied with the software has a Warranty of One Year from the date of supply. It means that if lock or CD gets defective during this period, it will be replaced free of cost.

It can work under all version of like, Windows '95/'98/ME, Windows 2000/XP. For Windows 2000 & Windows XP a separate driver is provided in software which has to be run on the machine while installing the software.
